A former player for the New Orleans Saints has reportedly been arrested in Miami.

As reported by Sheldon Fox of 7 News, former New Orleans Saints edge rusher Junior Galette was arrested on Friday.

On Friday morning, Galette was detained for "no valid driver's licence," as stated in the report.

After making a wrong turn, Galette allegedly sought to "conceal" himself, according to the police.

And this was before the police had pulled him up on Ocean Drive and Fifth Street.

There has been no new information released on Galette.

In August, Galette made headlines when he filed a lawsuit against the National Football League.
