At age 28, All-Pro Running Back declares football "over."

Gurley announced his retirement from football during an interview with NFL Network's Andrew Siciliano.

When asked if his recent Twitter behavior suggests that he is quitting, Gurley responded, "I don't think there's any question about that one."

Then, Siciliano enquired as to Gurley's status about football. Yes, most absolutely, he retorted.

Georgia native Gurley, a former first-round choice, began his NFL career with the Rams. In addition to winning offensive rookie of the year in 2015 and offensive player of the year in 2017

Gurley signed with the Falcons after spending five years with the Rams. Unfortunately, he was unable to maintain his peak level of performance due to injuries.

Gurley amassed 6,082 running yards, 2,254 receiving yards, and 79 total touchdowns during the course of six NFL seasons.
