Prior to Sunday's Week 8 game against the Patriots, the New York Jets made a significant choice regarding their starting quarterback.
According to Jets insider Rich Cimini, backup quarterback Chris Streveler has been added to the team's active roster ahead of tomorrow's game.
Zach Wilson is anticipated to start tomorrow's game, supported by seasoned players Joe Flacco and Mike White.
This year's preseason was spectacular for Streveler. The former South Dakota standout had "one of the best preseasons in football history," according to Jets head coach Robert Saleh.
Including two game-winning touchdown throws, he concluded his preseason play with 277 passing yards, a 72.7 completion %, five touchdowns, and a 120.9 passer rating.
The matchup with the Patriots will begin at 1 p.m. ET tomorrow.
