Cincinatti holds off a late East Carolina charge to win 27-25.

Powered by two touchdown passes from Ben Bryant and a game-winning field goal from Ryan Coe late in the fourth quarter.

Cincinnati overcame East Carolina 27-25 on Friday night.

At halftime, Cincinnati led 24-12, but East Carolina outscored them by 13 to take a 25-24 lead into the final period.

Setting up Coe for a field goal from 21 yards out for a 27-25 lead. 

 Neither team was able to score in the remaining nine minutes, therefore the score remained unchanged.

Though he was just 14-for-30 passing, Bryant gained 244 yards (about 17.5 yards per completion) for a whopping total of 304.
