Several Florida amusement parks, including Disney World and Universal Orlando, are closed because of Hurricane Ian.

Parks in Florida are scrambling to get ready for Hurricane Ian as it approaches the United States.

In preparation for Hurricane Irma, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, located only a few miles from where the storm was predicted to make landfall.

On Wednesday, it'll be the turn of LEGOLAND Florida, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando, and Walt Disney World in Florida.

Safety of customers and employees is paramount, Universal Orlando Resort stated in a statement to USA TODAY.

Busch Gardens Tampa announced on Twitter on Tuesday that it would be closed from September 27 to September 29 due to Hurricane Ian.
