A former Russell Wilson teammate discusses the quarterback's disastrous start with the Broncos.

Russell Wilson's problems have played a large part in the Denver Broncos' appalling start to the 2022 season. The plan was for Wilson to roll into Denver

and exploit the offensive tools the Broncos had at his disposal—Courtland Sutton, Jerry Jeudy, and Javonte Williams—to lead his club to the AFC West's summit.

Wilson is mostly responsible for the offensive troubles of the Broncos, which has many wondering why he has had such difficulty.

After spending the first 10 seasons of his career with the Seattle Seahawks,

one of Wilson's old teammates thinks it takes time to get used to a new scheme, which is what Wilson is doing now.

More significantly, Wilson's former teammate feels that the change has diminished Wilson's confidence, which has led to his uncertain decision-making to begin the season.
