FIFA gives clubs with World Cup players over $200m.

FIFA will provide more than $200 million to teams with World Cup players in Qatar.

The game's worldwide governing body said 209 million dollars (£189million) had been put aside for club benefits on Tuesday.

FIFA expects to pay each player $10,000 (just over £9,000) for each day he stays with his national team during the World Cup

The more competitors and how far each player advances in the event, the more a club may claim.

Any club a player played for in the two years before the World Cup is eligible for a daily prize.

416 clubs from 63 countries benefitted in 2018. FIFA said clubs may now file claims online.
