Following the publication of the Yates report, which discovered evidence of widespread abusive behavior in a number of NWSL clubs in the United States,
FIFA's top women's football officer Sarai Bareman is closely monitoring the ongoing inquiries.
Bareman said she is well aware of the intense scrutiny on the culture within women's football and, while it currently sits outside of FIFA's remit,
they are closely monitoring the situation while she was in Australia to promote the release of tickets for the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.
"Regarding jurisdiction, it can be a little complicated. At this point, we do nothing but wait for the investigations to be finished,
and given my position, I am clearly keeping a very, very close eye on it "Bareman stated in an exclusive interview with ESPN.
