After protests from a trans teammate, the girls volleyball team was barred from the changing room.

the ladies volleyball team at a high school in Vermont has been prohibited from using the locker room while administrators look into concerns concerning a transgender player.

One student-athlete argues that because she complained about being forced to change in front of a biological man, she is now the target of harassment and bullying accusations.

The young child told WCAX 3, "My mom wants me to give this interview so that I may attempt to make a change."

"I believe that I shouldn't face harassment or bullying charges for expressing my position that I don't want a biological male to change with me. They need to be all abandoned.

She clarified that the transgender student in question's improper remark made while girls were changing was the root of the entire incident.

Since Vermont law let children to use whatever facilities they identify with, it appears that when other students and parents voiced similar issues, they went unheard.
