HCL investigation into poker scandal reveals employee 'took' chips from Robbi Jade Lew's stack.

The conclusions of Thursday's inquiry into the poker dispute involving Robbi Jade Lew and Garrett Adelstein were surprising.

Hustler Casinos Live tweeted an update from High Stakes Poker Productions, saying that a study of video from the event on September 29.

Revealed that an HSPP employee had stolen $15,000 worth of chips from Lew's stack while she was gone from the table after the game had ended.

High Stakes Poker Productions questioned Bryan Sagbigsal, who confirmed his wrongdoing, and promptly fired him.

 Lew has informed High Stakes Poker Productions that she has no plans to press charges against Sagbigsal. 

Without a victim, the Gardena Police Department has likewise informed HSPP that it would not pursue criminal charges.
