The Miami Heat's season-opening defeat against the Chicago Bulls was 116-108.

Butler: "We did little correctly." Bam Adebayo couldn't make shots and Kyle Lowry wasn't engaged until the end.

Heat lost against Bulls without Zach LaVine and Lonzo Ball.

"We'll get better," Lowry added.
Herro's inclusion in the starting five was meant to relieve the Heat's defence.

Even with Butler's 24 points and 14-of-16 free throw shooting, and Herro's 23, the Heat lost their season-opening home opener.
