Herbs that stabilise blood sugar

Rosemary helps lose weight and control blood sugar. It lowers LDL and raises HDL cholesterol (HDL). While not prevalent in Indian cuisine, it can flavour soups and curries.

Ayurveda uses Giloy, or Guduchi. It burns excess glucose and stabilises blood sugar. You can drink or powder the herb.

The fleshy plant is used in India, Mexico, Australia, and South America. It decreases inflammation and indigestion. 

Fenugreek seeds cure skin and stomach issues. This plant helps with metabolic disorders, blood sugar levels, and diabetes. 

t contains fibre, which slows digestion and controls carbohydrate and sugar absorption.

Chinese and Indian cuisines employ ginger. It boosts insulin sensitivity and secretion.
