Drinking a gallon of water makes you visit the bathroom more often. The more you drink, the more you pass.

After the first several days of drinking more water, I snacked less during the day. Water, especially before meals, helps you feel full and eat less.

Dehydration can induce headaches and migraines, so I thought drinking a gallon of water a day might help.

Water can assist carry oxygen and glucose, giving you extra energy throughout workouts. 

A gallon of water can lessen hangovers, under-eye bags, and fatigue.
