Important NASCAR Track Is Flooded

It's difficult to gaze at Hurricane Ian's aftermath. Despite the fact that Daytona Beach wasn't directly hit by the powerful hurricane, the city has been experiencing significant flooding.

The fact that Daytona Speedway won't be used any time soon is fantastic news for NASCAR. They'll have plenty of time to repair things after that.

On Wednesday and Thursday, Daytona Beach had wind gusts of up to 80 mph, and 10 inches of rain were reported in certain areas of the city.

Hurricane Ian devastated the whole state of Florida, knocking out electricity for more than two million people.

A portion of the Sanibel Causeway was destroyed, marinas in Fort Myers were damaged, several homes were destroyed, and automobiles were immersed in water due to Hurricane Ian.

Our hearts go out to everyone who was impacted by Hurricane Ian.
