Deon Jackson will start for the Colts without Jonathan Taylor for the third time this season.
Last week, Jackson started against the Jaguars.
12 carries for 42 yards and a touchdown, 10 catches for 70 yards.
Jackson will lead the backfield after trading Nyheim Hines. Frank Reich hopes the young back gets another chance.
Reich: "I'm excited for Deon (Jackson's) increased opportunity." "When he was the guy last, he looked good. Deon's welcome.”
The Colts got Zack Moss in exchange for Hines. Former third-round pick Moss has been a Bills depth player.
