La Liga's potential suspension after October 27

At the end of October, there is a very serious risk that Spanish soccer may be suspended. Find out the cause of it here.

The quest for a bigger piece of the soccer pie is already well under way as big clubs, UEFA, and league events all compete for attention.

Real Madrid's advocacy for the Super League, which they regard as a beneficial shift for themselves, continued this month.

Florentino Perez, president of The Whites, talked extensively about the Superleague during his hour-long address to the club's General Assembly,

persuading attendees that the club must proceed with the idea even though only Barcelona and Juventus have been involved thus far.

A policy that encourages the growth of the European Super League may cause La Liga to strike against the government the following week, according to the Catalan magazine COPE.
