NFL Makes a Decision Regarding Buccaneers vs. Chiefs Game

The NFL has decided not to move the location of this Sunday's game between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs in light of Hurricane Ian's effects in Florida.

The Buccaneers have made it official that this weekend's matchup with the Chiefs will take place at Raymond James Stadium.

In a news statement, the group added, "We are also extremely fortunate that the Tampa Bay area was spared the most catastrophic repercussions of this severe hurricane."

"We are prepared to play Sunday night's game against the Kansas City Chiefs at Raymond James Stadium as originally scheduled," 

the team said in a statement to the NFL after checking with local and state officials.

The Buccaneers thanked the Miami Dolphins for letting them utilize their practice facilities in addition to revealing their formal intentions for this Sunday.
