On Tuesday, the Chiefs let go of a veteran wide receiver.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Corey Coleman was named to the team's practise squad a short while ago.

On Tuesday morning, he was given his freedom.

The NFL drafted Coleman, at age 28, in the first round in 2016.

Following his time at Baylor, he was recognised as an All-American.

Coleman led the Cleveland Browns rookie receiving class with 413 yards and three scores.

He has since had professional careers with the Buffalo Bills, the New England Patriots, and the New York Giants.
