Reduce Nose Blackheads

Healthline says certain circumstances cause blackheads. Teenage hormonal fluctuations can cause oily skin and plugged pores.

Diet may affect blackheads, although experts disagree on whether too much dairy causes them.

Dermatologist Joshua Zeichner, MD recommends starting with salicylic acid, per Byrdie.

This chemical helps remove excess oil and prevents clogged pores. Over-the-counter salicylic acid treatments reduce blackhead-causing sebum and exfoliate dead skin.

This chemical "dissolves skin debris that clogs pores, as an anti-inflammatory, and helps red, inflamed pimples and pustules go away faster"

Chemical peels can help prevent skin barrier breaks (via Glamour). Use salicylic acid cautiously on sensitive skin.
