This Saturday's matchup between Louisville and Virginia will take place under ideal weather. However, the attendance for this game was somewhat underwhelming.
This afternoon, Mike Barber of the Richmond Times-Dispatch posted a picture of Scott Stadium. There are several vacant seats throughout the building.
Barber believed that because it is the Cavaliers' homecoming weekend, they would garner some much-needed support for their matchup with the Cardinals.
Prior to the game, Barber tweeted, "Mother Nature beaming on #UVA homecoming."
"Sunny and 60 degrees. Winnable matchup with Louisville, who is missing Malik Cunningham as quarterback tonight. I'm curious about the 'Hoos' attendance."
Virginia will unfortunately have to face Louisville without a large audience.Virginia has a commanding 10-0 lead over Louisville after the first quarter of play on Saturday.
