Superman Exercise and Posture

The Superman exercise is horizontal, unlike the vertical Superman pose. Stretch out on a mat like Superman flying through the sky.

Chris Gagliardi, an ACE-certified personal trainer, health coach, and group fitness instructor, calls it a "movement"

According to Keola Holt, a master trainer at Crunch Fitness, this exercise can work your posterior shoulders, trapezius,

rhomboids, and erector spinae muscles, as well as your glutes and hamstrings.

Before starting, consider any limitations that might make this exercise difficult.

Prepare. Start by lying on your stomach, face down. Gagliardi says, "Relax and align your head and spine."
