A previous top-10 selection, Josh Rosen, has been cut from the team's practise squad.
That's about a month after they first signed him to play for them.
The Arizona Cardinals drafted Rosen in the first round of the 2018 NFL Draft, and he signed with them before going to Cleveland.
In 13 games that season, he was their starting quarterback and they went 3-10.
The Miami Dolphins acquired him before to the 2019 season after he passed for only 2,278 yards, 11 touchdowns, and 14 interceptions.
Even with a fresh squad, Rosen's problems persisted. He started six games with the Dolphins .
