While visiting Disney World at any time of the year is enjoyable, the holiday season is especially special.
Of course, the Disney parks provide the best Christmas concerts and parades around (not to mention delicious holiday-themed food),
but the decorations are what draw visitors throughout that season. The icicle-style lights on the castle are very beautiful when they are lit up at night.
The lights won't be coming back this year, which is unfortunate for those who were hoping they would.
Unfortunately, the lovely castle lights won't be coming back for the third year in a row. The parks recovered from the lengthy COVID-related shutdown in 2020 before they made their debut appearance
and last year, Disney World's 50th anniversary celebration had just started. We will once again be without lights as a result of the anniversary's continuance.
