The NFL would want Dan Snyder to sell the Commanders.

On Thursday Night Football, when the Washington Commanders faced off against the Chicago Bears.

Play-by-play announcer Al Michaels mentioned the inquiry into team owner Dan Snyder, who was in attendance.

ESPN reports that Snyder, who is under investigation for many counts of workplace misconduct.

Boasted to another executive that he had so much "dirt" on other NFL owners.

Commissioner Roger Goodell, and league officials that they would "blow up" if he disclosed it.

Michaels addressed the news, adding that the NFL owners hope Snyder would sell the club rather than have him voted out as owner.
