What Drinking White Wine Nightly Does to Your Body

If you consume white wine daily, do it at least 2 hours before bed otherwise it may affect your sleep.

White wine has 115 calories per 5 ounces. Several glasses of wine a night can add 300 calories a day. 

If you didn't balance your calories with the amount of wine you drank, you may take in more calories than you need and gain weight.

White wine may be cardioprotective due to tyrosols, caffeic acid, and shikimic acid, say researchers. 

As there isn't much research on them yet, drinking white wine in moderation is your best chance.

Red wine is prepared from red grapes with their skins included in the fermenting process, while white wine is made from white grapes without their peels.
