Ohio's COLUMBUS (WCMH) — All American flags will be flown at half-staff on Sunday.
In honor of the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Service, President Joe Biden signed an executive order directing the lowering of the flags.
As a result, all state and national flags will fly at half-staff through Sunday, October 9.
On Sunday at 10 a.m. ET, the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation will host a memorial ceremony in Emmitsburg, Maryland, to remember firefighters who have died in the line of duty.
