After two quarters on Monday night, it was clear that the Denver Nuggets were superior versus the Portland Trail Blazers.

The Nuggets were more efficient in all four phases of the game: shooting, rebounding, ball movement, and physicality.

That was of no consequence, though, as Blazers guard Anfernee Simons got hot in the third quarter.

During a stunning third quarter run that saw the Blazers go from behind 61-55 at halftime to up 99-86.

Simons scored 22 of his team's points and drained six straight three-pointers.
